Geniuses over at the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) in Lima, Peru, have a smart new billboard. In conjunction with DraftFCB, it has set up a billboard that draws moisture from the air and fills up a reservoir which then provides people with safe drinking water. Just the kind of ingenuity the university hopes to inspire, since the billboard is aimed at drawing in students for the 2013 school year.
