The second annual iPhone photography contest and exhibition, dubbed iPhoneography, is busy wrapping up its entries. The Johannesburg exhibition’s entries close tomorrow, the 4th of October, and the Cape Town exhibition’s entries will be open until next Friday, the 11th of October.
In case you’re wondering, the rules dictate that all entries have to be photos that were taken on an iPhone or iPad, and then edited on an iPhone or iPad. Don’t go cheating by loading photos you’ve edited on your iPhone, but captured using a real camera. All the guidelines are over here.
And no, it’s no gimmick: there are some serious prizes up for grabs. Overall winners will get a brand new Macbook Air, while category winners can walk away with an iPad mini. Now that’s plenty of incentive to get you shooting and submitting.
