UXSA Workshops back for second edition

After a successful inaugural launch in 2015 the UXSA Workshops are back again this year, where user experience (UX) designers can learn to use valuable tools and techniques that will improve their skills.

The workshops are a precursor to the annual UXSA Conference which gathers practitioners from around the country, and is designed to encourage participants and shareholders to learn from each other and share ideas.

Each workshop lasts four hours with four sessions to choose from. The focus will be on practical workshops which attendees can benefit from right away.

The first will be held in Cape Town on the April 4th at The River Club in Observatory, and it’s on from 1pm to 5pm.

Sessions include, among others, “How to Design, Run and Measure your own Usability Tests” and “Design websites and apps like a user-centred designer”.

Kari Peters, Head of User Experience and Content Strategy at Clicks2Customers, Justin Slack, head of design, UX, and front-end development at New Media Labs, front-end developer, Steve Barnett and David Du Plessis, UX manager at Deloitte Digital, will all be speaking at the event.

Tickets are on sale for R1 250 each, and are available for purchase on the UXSA website.
