The Lord of the Rings Witch-king turned into a 3D printed mask

The Witch-king of Angmar from The Lord of the Rings is instantly recognisable in a franchise of iconography and famous moments.

And now you can put that terrifying face/mask in your very own home! A user on Thingiverse has created the king’s mask and put the files up to download for free.

In the description it is stated that this is actually a 3D scan which has been modified into a printable file. The first picture in the gallery looks to be the target of the scan, and it appears to be a very thin replica mask.

Once it is printed, however, it’s going to take a lot of finishing work before it looks at home in The Lord of the Rings.

If this version of the mask doesn’t suit you make sure to check out another model posted way back in 2013. It comes with the added ebenefit of already being sliced into smaller parts for printing on smaller printers.
