A skit by Trevor Noah taking jibes at President Jacob Zuma shortly after the release of the Panama Papers, has topped the list of most watched videos in South Africa this year.

Google today revealed its annual list of most watched videos in the country and the whole world at large.

“This year’s most-watched videos in South Africa had us rolling in the aisles, shaking our heads, gasping in admiration and getting noticed by none of than Megan Trainor. Judging by the number of comedy and entertainment videos in the mix – seven out of 10 – South Africans needed a bit of the lighter side this year,” Google said in a statement.

British comedian and late show host, James Corden’s popular “Carpool Karaoke” feature, where he drives around with big celebrities in his car singing karaoke, topped the global list of most watched videos for the second year in a row.

This time, his carpool with fellow British celebrity, Adele, was number one.
