[Press Release] SA fintech business Entersekt wins banking security award

South African fintech company, Entersekt has won Best Mobile Security Technology in the 2017 Banker Africa Southern Africa Banking Awards. This is the second year it has received the honour.

The annual awards programme is open to all banks and financial institutions in the region and acknowledges outstanding performance and excellence in the financial services industry.

“We are particularly pleased to have been recognised for the work we do in the fintech space. As an innovator in push-based authentication and app security, it is important for our peers to acknowledge the evolution and relevance of our products and services,” says Schalk Nolte, CEO, Entersekt.

According to CPI Financial – the publisher of Banker Africa – the awards reward and promote excellence and competition. The winners were selected by the registered readers, and this year nearly 4 000 votes were cast in six award categories.
