FNB starts offering Haswell powered MacBooks

Haswell is a name you’re going to be hearing more of in the coming months. The newest generation of Intel’s processors for laptops and desktops brings massive power saving and promises all day battery life for notebooks equipped with them. The first laptop with Haswell into the South African market was Apple’s MacBook Air and FNB is now offering them to its customers over 24 months interest free as part of the Smart Devices plan that it offers.

The models being offered are the 128GB flavour of both the 11 & 13 inch MacBook Air and will cost R525 & R575 a month respectively. Over the 24 months you will land up saving R199 off of the retail price of each of the machines by taking up the offer so if you’re looking for a new notebook with up to 12 hours of battery life then this could be the time to jump in.
