The good people over at the Gadget Love blog have put together these fascinating .GIFs of PlayStation and Xbox controllers evolving from generation to generation. Notice how Microsoft has regularly adjusted button and joystick positions, whereas Sony has kept the PlayStation controller largely the same over the years. Pretty cool, huh?
