Carl Ledbetter is the┬ásenior industrial design manager for Xbox, a position he has held since 2010. It was his job to lead the design of Microsoft’s next generation console, the Xbox One. Yet on the 21st of November 2013 he was the 29th person in the queue to buy himself a new Xbox One when it launched at midnight on the 22nd.
