A short history of the Apple Macintosh.

The Apple Macintosh had a simple keyboard and mouse, a beige plastic design, 128 KB Of RAM, a Motorola 68000 microprocessor, 23 cm black and white screen and a 400 KB, single-sided 3.5-inch floppy disk drive.

The PC went on sale for $2,500 and did pretty well with 70 000 units sold by May 3, 1984. Since then, there have been many more Apple Mac models, the latest being the Apple Mac Pro.

For those of you who’ve never seen the video of Jobs unveiling the PC, here’s one uploaded on YouTube by Mac Essentials back in 2009.
