Women’s History Month: A look at female pioneers in tech

March is Women’s History Month over in the U.S, the UK and Australia, which celebrates the contributions women made to historical events and contemporary society. Tech Republic is celebrating Women’s History Month with an online photo gallery tribute to women in tech history.

The gallery features women pioneers such as Grace Hopper,  one of the first programmers of the Harvard Mark I computer who also coined the term ‘debugging,
