Reading about a game like Evolve is one thing, but a video of the action is just so much better. That way you get to see what happens for yourself, rather than just taking someone else’s word for it.

Turtle Rock Studios, the developer behind Evolve has released just such a video. It showcases a four-on-one multiplayer match (pretty much the game’s meat and potatoes), but instead of doing it from just one player’s point of view, Turtle Rock has worked its magic to bring you the same game as seen from each player’s perspective. You’ll be able to watch what the monster does, and then switch to a hunter and see those actions from his point of view.

Once the video starts to play, make sure annotations are set to ON, and you’ll see a bar appear at the bottom of the video with five distinct buttons. Clicking on each will switch the video’s perspective to a different player, so you can essentially watch the whole thing play out from any point of view.
