Women are 10% more likely to use their phones for gaming than men are. That’s according to the findings of a study by the Pew Research Centre and Nielsen consumer researchers that examined the difference in social media and mobile usage between men and women.
“Apparently, the gender difference revolves around three distinct areas: our personal and professional relationships, the need for information and entertainment, and consumer behavior,” says Alex Hillsberg of Finances Online.
If you thought women use dating apps and sites more often than men, think again. The study found that men actually use social media for dating 6% more than women do.
