Not too long ago, we put out a call on Twitter asking where the hubs are in the Durban-based tech world. To which most people replied: um, there aren’t many.

So how serendipitous we should find this in our inbox this morning – an invite to a swanky looking developer evening hosted by Dev2 in Hillcrest at the end of the month.

It’s planned for 6pm on Wednesday 28th May, at Dev2’s offices on Lucas Drive, Hillcrest, Durban and the keynote speaker will be Barry Dwolatzky of Wits University and JCSE. Tickets are free – book here – but space is limited and, given the lack of competition, likely to be very popular.
