JCSE hosting Agile software development talk

The Johannesburg Centre for Software Engineering (JCSE) will be hosting a lecture titled ‘So what is Agile software development?’ tomorrow, May 22nd, where the ideas behind Agile software development will be unpacked.

Professor Barry Dwolatzky, joint winner of the prestigious “South African IT Personality of the Year” Award in 2013, head of software engineering at Wits University and the director of the JCSE, will be demystifying the concept of Agile software development for non-experts, providing answers to the many questions most are afraid to ask about Agile methodologies.

The event is open to the public and will take place at JoziHub on 44 Stanley Road, Milpark from 6pm – 8pm. Tickets cost R90 for general delegates and R40 for students.
