Next month is going to be a busy one in central Joburg, as the inaugural Fak’ugesi Digital Africa Festival gets off the ground.

There’s a ton of events taking place under its banner, including Social Media Week, A MAZE., the Unyazi Electronic Music Festival and much more. You’ll catch us covering most of the happenings, and we’re even involved in a couple – I’ll be speaking at one of the A MAZE. sessions and helping to put on a data visualisation hackathon with Hacks/Hackers.

But how can you find out about all this? Check out the website, obviously. It’s up and running now complete with a full program of what’s going on. You’ll find it over here.
