Southern African Tourism Update Online, an online news resource for overseas and local travellers touring Southern Africa, has launched an Ebola updates map on their site created to keep travellers planning on heading north up the continent up-to-date with accurate daily reports and developments on the disease.
Travellers can see which part of the African continent has reported cases and fatalities of Ebola as well as what travel restrictions are in place and whether or not travellers are insured against Ebola should they go to a country with a confirmed Ebola outbreak.
So far, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea are the worst affected countries.
You can view the live map on the Southern African Tourism Update Online website. For facts and information on the Ebola virus, how to avoid contracting it and what to do should you contract it, check out the Ebola Facts website.[Image – Southern African Tourism Update Online]
