iPhones plural go on sale in South Africa tonight in the allegedly malleable shape of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, and MTN is the second operator to release details on its contract pricing following Vodacom earlier today. Not sure whether you’ll be camping outside a yellow or red store? Read on.
The basic price for a 16GB iPhone 6 is R499 on the myMTNChoice 100 tariff, that nets you the phone, 100 minutes of talk time, 200 SMS and 500GB of data a month. The top end package is the gigantaPhone 6+ with unlimited everything and 128GB storage for R2 199 a month.
