The organisers of last year’s Lean Startup Machine Joburg have been in touch to let us know that if you’re keen to come along to their next event, which is taking place from 27th-30th March at JoziHub, you’ve got until midnight to buy “Insider Sale” tickets at 50% of their face value.

For R900, budding entrepreneurs can take part in a weekend-long training and networking session that will show you how to rapidly prototype an app or web service and get through the first stage of market research in just under 48 hours.

Workshops are structured around the techniques of Lean Startup, and attendees will be expected to work towards the old ‘minimum viable product’ of a completely new product by end of play on Sunday.

Last year’s event was loads of fun and saw teams building apps for organising bookclubs, selling muti online and prototype a Snapscan rival. We’ll be following up to see which ones made it through the first few months.
