It’s short notice, but if you’re not doing anything tomorrow night Code4SA‘s director, Adi Eyal, is in Johannesburg and will be presenting a talk on how to tell a story with data visualisations – you know, the funky graphs and infographics that reputable news orgs put out with their best work.

The event is called – somewhat appropriately – Story telling with Dataviz: Case studies from the lab! It’s being hosted by ThoughtWorks, at that company’s offices on Melle Street in Braamfontein, in association with Hacks/Hackers Johannesburg.

We love data visualisation almost as much as we love Code4SA here at htxt.africa, so we’ll be providing the pizzas.

You can sign up at the meet-up page over here, see you tomorrow night!

And if you enjoy that, why not sign up for Code4SA’s annual open data day Easter Egg hunt in Cape Town this coming weekend?
