You have just over two weeks to qualify for MSSA’s online Dota 2 and CS:GO tourneys

On the 18th of April, Mind Sports South Africa and MWEB are putting on a big Counterstrike: Global Offensive and Dota 2 online tournament, and gamers have between now and then to hone their skills to a knife-point in preparation.

Dota teams that do well on the day will be considered for the National Team that will represent South Africa at the IeSF’s upcoming 7th World Championships being held in Lodz, Poland.

Counterstrike teams who do well in the online competition will get the chance to compete at the CS: GO National Team Trials LAN being held in Gauteng a week later, on the 25th of April. Those gamers selected to play for the National Team will get the chance to compete against international players in the eFrag World Championship, also being held in Lodz, Poland.

Entries are free, but only open to fully paid-up members of the MSSA. Should that be you, and you’re interested, you have until the 15th of April to enter which you can do by filling in a form obtained from the MSSA or from your MSSA-affiliated club declaring your intentions.
