The build up to the new James Bond flick, Spectre,  is what we’d call “full of sound and fury, signifying nothing”.

The first teaser revealed the grandiose detail that the film will take place after the previous movie Skyfall.

Then there was a teaser for a poster and they announced the cast,  but so far we knew very little about 007’s next outing, up until now.

The crux of the trailer is the titular Spectre, an organisation that is apparently the root of all the strife the Daniel Craig version of Bond has gone through thus far, or, as Christoph Waltz puts it as the main bad guy: “the author of all your pain”.

Gear heads will be happy to see the Aston Martin DB10 doing battle with a Jaguar C-X75, something that is expanded upon in a separate video. There’s also rear-mounted flame-throwers. Squee!
