If you’re an MTN FrontRow customer or are planning to sign up for the video on demand service, you’ll probably be happy to hear that you’ll now spend R60 less on the monthly subscription starting this month.
The monthly subscription fee, which has been R179 since MTN FrontRow launched in December last year is now R119, the mobile network has announced.
All new customers who sign up from this month will automatically pay this amount, while existing customers will begin doing so from the time of their next bill.
Movie rental prices however, remain the same at R15 for older release and R27 for more recent ones.
Though MTN FrontRow is available to customers on other networks as well, MTN users on the service’s Premiere package get free unlimited data to stream content.
MTN FrontRow said in a statement that it secured the second season of Power, an American series it has exclusive rights to, to air on FrontRow a day after the show’s premiere in the US.
