Once a week the lovely folk from the EDGE: Science and Tech Show descend upon the htxt.africa offices and we get to show off some of the coolest stories from the site, on TV. You can watch the show on DStv channel 109 (though the show is currently on a production break) or binge watch segments on YouTube. now, you can actually be a part of the show.

The next season of EDGE is due to start airing on 9th December, and the team behind it want viewers to get on screen – so they’ve issued a call to viewers to submit their tech related videos.

All you need to do is submit a video of yourself reviewing, unboxing or hacking (please, no Mr. Robot antics, keep it legal) your way through a piece of tech you find awesome and submit it to EDGE. Makers and inventors can also submit their creations but you can find out a bit more information in the video below.

As mentioned in the video, to submit your videos you’ll need to upload them to YouTube and then share the link with EDGE on Facebook, tweet them or send them a message using the handy contact form on the ED website.

Good luck and have fun.
