Just in time for Christmas, you can buy and send movie tickets and shopping gift vouchers to loved ones while doing your banking on the FNB Banking App, thanks to a new feature that’s been added.
FNB announced today that customers can buy Makro, Nu Metro, Ster Kinekor, Supa Quick, and Mr Price vouchers for themselves or someone else, as well as get Shoprite Checkers EeziCoupons to redeem in-store on their shopping trips.
EeziCoupons are free to use, while vouchers can be paid for with eBucks or money on the app.
“eBucks continually bring more value to our customers at our various retail partners. This is now made more relevant to our customers by offering vouchers via the FNB app to redeem at the point of purchase,” Jolande Duvenage, CEO of eBucks, said in a statement.
“Mobile vouchers change the shopping experience. Now, you can shop and browse at leisure, and when you decide to buy, then simply go to the FNB App, redeem a voucher with eBucks or rands, and pay for your goods,” added Johan Moolman, head of mobile payments at FNB digital banking.
You can download or update the FNB Banking App from Google Play, iTunes, BlackBerry World and the Windows Phone Store, to take advantage of the vouchers and coupons.
