Thanks to the Jimmy Kimmel Live YouTube channel, we have our first look at Captain America: Civil War, the next entry in the Marvel Movie Universe.

The release schedule for Marvel films sees no sign of letting up; this year saw the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron and the better-than-expected Ant Man. Single-hero movies are the norm between tentpole films, but Captain America: Civil War looks like the latter – the trailer shows it’s stacked to the gills with heroes.

Although titled as a Captain America movie, all the Avengers will be making an appearance here. Keep your eyes peeled for the reveal of a new hero too.

if you’re not up to snuff with your Marvel lore, the Civil War  story arc is one of the seminal pieces of fiction in marvel’s repertoire. It follows two teams of superheroes – one lead by Iron Man and the other by Captain America – as they trade blows over the ” Superhuman Registration Act”. This new law would require all those who are more than human to unmask themselves and reveal their true identities.

To coincide with the trailer, the Marvel Twitter account also released a new poster:

So, who’s got your backing? Captain America or Iron Man?
