Startups: get help with your code at app.clinic() January

JoziHub and htxt.africa are once again hosting the app.clinic(), a monthly session in which startups can get face-to-face advice from experienced developers in order to improve their nascent applications.

We think of app.clinic() as startup speedating for development teams. Most events in Joburg are focussed on the business side of being an entrepreneur, but app.clinic() is dedicated to polishing UI and backend issues. You come along with your problems, and get a couple of hours to talk them through with a seasoned veteran in the field. We can’t promise to solve all your woes, but it will at least give you some guidance as to where to go next.

The next app.clinic() will be on the 25th of January at JoziHub (44 Stanley Avenue, Milpark, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2092) from 18:30 to 20:00. All participants must sign up ahead the event so we can match startup to expert before the day itself.

For the startups, if you want to get in please fill out this application.

For those who think themselves more of a mentor, we’re also looking for you! If you’d like to help out you can fill out this form and our colleagues from JoziHub  will be in touch to get the ball rolling.

If you can’t make this date, keep checking back at htxt.africa for updates on the next sessions as well as features on the work that comes out of it.
