FNB appears to be suffering a system error as their website and in-branch services are reportedly offline this afternoon, leaving users stranded while trying to figure out what the issue is.
htxt.africa also picked this up and inquired about the problem on the bank’s official social media liason account @RBJacobs. The account is yet to respond and give clarity on what may be wrong.
Readers trying to get onto the website have also reported that they can’t as the website fails to load.
