Deadpool has already started to appear on torrent sites, despite it only being released last week.

While it may not have been as religiously protected as Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens (which also got snagged by the pirates early on), the pirates got the torrent out less than a day ago.

One of the most popular versions of the movies being shared around is a Russian version of the movie with English audio, that was filmed off of a theatre screen. It has been downloaded around 6 000 times, with 4 833 seeders and 6 198 leeches at the time of writing.

Despite the early rips, Deadpool is cleaning up at the box office as it continues to break records for R-rated movies. We’re still waiting for the numbers to roll in to see how well it did locally.

As with all stories we write on the matter, we’d like to remind you that pirating of any kind is illegal and punishable by law. And we’d like to think that every time someone downloads this movie Ryan Reynolds looks over your shoulder angrily while still in costume.
