If, like us, you loved John Wick and you’re patiently waiting for the sequel, we have a bit of an treat for you as Keanu Reeves goes ham at a shooting range.

Posted on the YouTube channel of Taran Tactical Innovations, a firearm retailer, we assume this forms part of Reeves’ training for  John Wick 2. Or, by the look of the video, he could just be having fun, because it looks like a blast. (We at htxt.africa would like to apologise for that pun, Clinton has been put on administrative leave to think about his actions). 

It seems that whoever uploaded the video has a sense of humour, as the description doesn’t allude to the reason behind the scene or a link to Taran’s site or anything that official. Instead, it simple reads: “Shredding with [The One]”. We choose to believe that Reeves really is Neo and just chose to come to our world at the conclusion of The Matrix movies.

Here’s some odd trivia to end of this story: in the original John Wick, a key point in the story is that an underground group of mercenaries all stay in a central hotel that provides them with all the amenities that  paid killers could want. In return, the mercenaries are seen paying not with US dollars, but with small gold coins. Many postulate that these are in fact South Africa’s own Krugerrands (No they’re not, go home, Clinton.)
