With the Easter weekend close enough to sniff you may want to spend the time that you aren’t spending with the family, planted on the couch binge watching your favourite series and movies.
As always ShowMax adds a bunch of new movies and series throughout the month while removing some others. We don’t know what exactly is leaving this month but ShowMax has told us that they will share this info with us before April starts.
So what’s new? For one, the first season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D hits ShowMax on 6th April. The first season received great reviews and its worth a watch if you can’t wait until the next Marvel cinematic adventure.
For the ladies, or ladies and gents (we’re not going to decide who can watch which shows) Sex and the City seasons one through six will be released on 25th April.
Movie fans can look forward to The Incredible Hulk starring Edward Norton, Nowhere Boy, the story of John Lennon’s early life and Dream House, a rather interesting psychological thriller starring Daniel Craig.
This month ShowMax will also debut a new locally produced series exclusive to ShowMax, Die Byl. The series revolves around a core group of highly specialised policemen and women who operate both in cooperation, and at odds with each other throughout the course of serial murder investigations.
