We have written about Mr. Robot before, and it is one of our Nick Cowen’s favourite televisions show, so when we finally got confirmation as to when the second will start (its 13th July, by the way) we were rather excited.

To further drive up the hype for a show that even anti-virus company Kaspersky Lab has called accurate, USA Network has released a trailer – and it looks like things are really going to get interesting.

It was previously reported that season two will (among other things) take a look at the recent FBI-Apple saga, and that seems to have been included in the trailer. Well, we say kind of because it is not very clear, but Christian Slater bites into an apple, just after he says “our infinite loop of insanity”.

Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino are famously located on Infinity Loop. It could be a carefully-crafted editing trick or it could be part of the plot, but who knows…

USA Network previously explained what season two will entail.

“Following the events of society’s 5/9 hack on multi-national company Evil Corp, the second season will explore the consequences of that attack as well as the illusion of control,” it said in a statement.
