Relive your childhood with this video of a GoPro strapped to a Hot Wheels

Anyone who can remember being a kid holding a Hot Wheels car their hands must remember wondering what it would be be behind the wheel of the tiny car.

Well, wonder no longer, because YouTube content creator 5MadMovieMakers has you covered, thanks to his GoPro. This YouTuber has crafted a video that takes viewers through eight massive track sections, which blend into one roller coaster ride thanks to quick edits.

To create the video, a GoPro HERO4 Session was mounted on a modified 2014 Pharodox Hot Wheels. You don’t get to see the toy in the video because of camera’s perspective, so you can see it here on the Hot Wheels Wikia, which is a site that we’re very glad exists.

What you just saw was about 200 feet (~60 metres) of the famous orange tracks broken up into seven locations.

While this video did satiate a very niche need deep inside of us, we want more. Luckily Lazy Game Reviews shares our passion and recently put out a video on the game Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver 2, which he played on a Hot Wheels branded PC. It’s magical.
