WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will be hosting a press conference in Berlin this morning to share what many believe to be information about Democratic presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton.
The release of this information was originally meant to take place from a balcony at the Ecuadorian embassy in London but was moved due to “specific information”.
The change of venue was announced by WikiLeaks through its official Twitter account.

The reason for the move might be tied to a tweet which contained an excerpt from a report by True Pundit. The story suggests that Clinton wanted to use drones to silence Assange back in 2010.

Following this tweet, Assange’s appearance on his familiar balcony is being moved to a video conference streamed in Berlin suggests that “specific information” relates to security concerns.
Earlier this year WikiLeaks released over 19 000 emails from the US Democratic National Party which revealed that officials in the party had “stacked the chips” in favour of Clinton over the other Democratic candidate, Bernie Sanders. Five top officials resigned as a result of this document leak, WikiLeaks reports.
