God’s Gift is an easy game to describe but something entirely different to see in action.
Simply put, it’s Lemmings, but the cute furry cliff jumpers are replaced with cultists and the puzzles with extremely gory shrines that will dismember said cultists in the most gruesome ways possible.
Sacrificing your followers in this way grants them mutations, which you can use to get through the game. One example is a shrine that turns one cultist into Cthulhu complete with wings that can carry you to higher platforms.
But, as we said, you need to see it. We recently came across the game by chance thanks to a post on Imgur which you can see embedded below.
Before we get to the meat of the matter, we advice against scrolling away you can’t deal with pixelated slaughter. That said, it’s done in such a cartoonish way that it’s far from offensive. Nevertheless, stop now if it’s the kind of subject matter you avoid.

You’re in luck on that front, as it has been Greenlit on Steam and developer TwinGem Games says that it will be released in 2017.
