If you’re a Sony fan who wants a sleeker console under your TV or if you’ve never been an early adopter and fancy picking up a new PS4, you may want to head down to your local retailer this Friday.
Sony has announced that the much anticipated PS4 Slim console launches in South Africa on November 4th. Yes, that’s two days from now.
If this news interests you, we hope you’ve been saving up because the console will launch with a suggested RRP of R5 199.99 and R5 999.99 for the 1TB Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare bundle – although prices may differ depending on which retailer you’re buying from.
Consumers have the option of a either a console with 500GB or 1TB of storage. Apart from its slimmer appearance that includes curved edges in place of those from the original PS4, which you could probably shave with, the PS4 Slim is both smaller in size and wait. The console was outed as far back as August, making Sony’s reveal event in New York the following month a little damp. Still, it’s good to have it in time for Christmas, yes?
