Xbox One Black Friday deal extended yet again

Black Friday is over – as is Cyber Monday – but Microsoft is not done with its bullish charge to put an Xbox One under your TV this year.

Xbox One South Africa, in partnership with Prima Interactive, have announced that they’re extending the Xbox One Black Friday deal – which was originally offered until the end of Cyber Monday – until the end of the Festive Season.

If you missed it the last time we wrote about it (and can’t be bothered to click the link above), here’s the skinny: you can pick up any Xbox One 500GB bundle that includes a free game – that could include FIFA 17, Gears Of War 4, Battlefield 1, Star Wars: Battlefront or Tom Clancy’s: The Division – for R 3 999.

If you have more cash to splash you can pick up an Xbox One 1TB bundle – that also includes a free game – for R4 999.

Once again, here the list of participating retailers – and remember the games offered in the bundles may vary from retailer to retailer:

  • BT Games
  • Game
  • Makro
  • C N A
  • Musica
  • Incredible Connection
  • Games4U
  • Takealot

Oh yes, and naturally, this deal is only in place while stocks last. Given that the deal was only extended in the first place because stocks went so quickly, it’s worth jumping on this if you’re interested.

We also take into account that ‘until the end of the Festive Season’ is a little vague, so we’ve reached out to Prima and Microsoft for the exact date this offer ends. We’ll update this story as soon as we hear back from them.

For more information on this deal, check out Prima Interactive’s official site.
