Capcom games on sale for a Steam Publisher Weekend

It’s Capcom’s turn to shave huge percentages off its library from another one of Steam’s Publisher Weekends.

between 17th and 21st August most of the Capcom games on Steam will be discounted, with the exception of the as-yet unreleased Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.

Highlights in the sale include Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen for R144, Resident Evil 7 for R479.40 and the remaster of DuckTales (woo ooh) for R59.40.

See the rest of the sale on the dedicated Steam page.

If nothing from Capcom’s library excites you, there’s still a lot of new stuff to play this weekend. We recommend the new rogue-like game which apes Mega Man in 20XX. It’s currently 10% off for its release, selling for R127.20.

Released a day before 20XX is Nidhogg 2 for R143.10, also reduced for its opening week.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to spend any money, the free demo for Prey recently went live. Here’s the Steam link but you’ll be able to find it on console too. It too is on sale, so if the demo convinces you, you can pick it up for R399.50.
