Here are the finalists for the htxt.africa & Standard Bank Innovation Challenge

With Leaderex just under a week away, the 9 finalists who will be pitching at the htxt.africa and Standard Bank Innovation Challenge have been selected.

The finalists were chosen from a total of 126 submissions through an online shortlisting process that was carried out by a panel of independent judges.

Our finalists are

  2.  Shaka Ramulifho
  3. Kuzivakwashe Muvezwa
  4. Paseka Litabe
  5. Rudi Kruger & Michelle Arnot-Kruger
  6.  Mzokhona Maxase
  7. Matthew Alcock
  8. Tom van der Bon
  9. Refilwe Mokomale

A special congratulations must go to our wildcard finalist, Refilwe Mokomale! The team at htxt.africa chose her for the raw potential of her idea, and we wish her the best of luckpresenting it at the challenge.

The finalists will be taken through pitch session training at the Standard Bank Incubator on 31st August, where their presentations will be polished to a bright shine.

On the day, those innovative ideas will be pitched to our group of esteemed judges: Jayshree Naidoo (Standard Bank); Andy Hadfield (Forgood); Hlubi Mboya Arnold (Future CEOs); and Amanda Khoza (Liberty Group).
