If the answer to all of those questions is a resounding ‘yes’ then you may want to pop along to the Brooklyn Mall this afternoon.
Nintendo has a pop up zone in the mall and later today its hosting a a Mario Kart – or rather Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – tournament between 5pm and 8pm. The winner will receive a Nintendo Switch console free and gratis.
If you’re unaware – and if you’re reading this there’s really hardly any chance that you are – 2017 has pretty much been the year of the Nintendo Switch. While a couple of games released for it haven’t been universally loved – mainly because they’re full priced ports of older games – the first part games Nintendo has chucked onto its new console are unarguably awesome.
The Nintendo Switch is still relatively expensive at the time of writing and Christmas is just around the corner. If you need another reason to head to Pretoria for this competition, we can’t help you.
