Original story
FNB’s online services appear to be down for many customers this morning.
A call to the FNB Customer Contact Centre reveals that the financial services provider is experiencing limited functionality.
Some users appear to be able to log into FNB’s online portals but are met with a message that they will only be access a limited number of features such as viewing their balances and making payments and transfers.
Other users cannot access FNB services at all.
A quick look at Twitter suggests that the problem is not limited to the bank’s online services with a number of users reporting that transactions have gone through but are not being received by the merchant.
