Pres. Ramaphosa ousts 10 members of Zuma’s cabinet

In a move reminiscent of former president Jacob Zuma, president Cyril Ramaphosa announced changes to the National Executive late last night.

“These changes are intended to ensure that national government is better equipped to implement the mandate of this administration and specifically the tasks identified in the State of the Nation Address,” Ramaphosa said in a speech at the Union Buildings last night.

The new line-up of ministers in the cabinet follows on below but we’d be remiss not mention the absence of 10 ministers who were axed.

These former ministers include Lynne Brown, Faith Muthambi, Fikile Mbalula, Des Van Rooyen, Mosebenzi Zwane, Bongani Bongo, Hlengiwe Mkhize, Nkosinathi Nhleko, David Mahlobo, and Joe Maswanganyi.
