Sony has announced that the Xperia XZ2 is now available in South Africa from select service providers.
The handset is currently available through Vodacom, Telkom, and MTN on 24-month contracts.
The XZ2 is available through Vodacom for R599 per month over 24 months on the uChoose Flexi 165 package. Vodacom is giving subscribers a free cover, a stereo Bluetooth headset, and an audio jack adapter.
Telkom has a similar offer for R549 per month over 24 months on the Free Me 1GB package which includes a cover and a stereo Bluetooth headset.
Finally, MTN has the XZ2 on offer with its MTN Made For Me M contract. This deal will cost you R599 per month for 24 months and you get a free cover and a stereo Bluetooth headset. We’re sensing a pattern here.
If that doesn’t suit you the Sony Xperia XZ2 has a cash price of R13 499.
We were rather impressed with the XZ2 when we reviewed it last month. While it might not be as jaw-dropping as the iPhone X or the Samsung Galaxy S9, it’s a great handset and well worth a consideration.
