MSI Gaming moves to 8th Gen. processors

With the ever-increasing demands from gamers, computer hardware and information technology component specialists MSI Gaming has adopted Intel’s new 8th generation processors for use in its powerful new laptop range.

For those that are not computer savvy or up to speed with recent tech developments, Intel released their latest 8th generation processor family in April 2018. The new Intel 8th generation Coffeelake processors make use of a hexa-core 12 thread design architecture which features 2 extra cores over the previous generation and delivers much-improved performance.

MSI Gaming’s adoption of the new 8th generation processors essentially means that it continuously listens to its userbase and adapts to stay ahead of the competition.

MSI Gaming has also found a way to combine the processors with its superior cooling and heat-pipe technology. Coolerboost 5 for example, enables the new processors to handle even the toughest of loads without suffering from heat related problems.

As a gamer, proper cooling is incredibly important because highly demanding games such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Battlefield 1, Far Cry 5 and Final Fantasy XV are enough to make many laptops suffer under the sheer processing load involved.

MSI Gaming also understand that some gamers are not fans of big bulky laptops, so its stealthy GS 65 model is perfect for gaming on the go. This model, apart from its drop dead gorgeous aesthetics, packs an 8th generation Intel Coffeelake i7 processor with clock speeds of up to 4.1 Ghz and an Nvidia GTX 1060 to boot. Gamers want performance and the 8th generation processor in the GS 65 helps deliver desktop grade results in a sleek form factor.

MSI Gaming’s recently launched laptop range will certainly keep gamers happy. Games will load faster, stream and record gameplay better. Even video encoding benefits from the move to the 8th generation. MSI Gaming’s decision is a statistically smart one and users will appreciate the world of difference it makes to their gaming lives.
