History was made earlier this week as Semblance launched on PC and the Nintendo Switch, marking the first time a South African game would be appearing on that console.

While the game is available to buy right now (something we do suggest doing), there is an opportunity to learn more about it and its developers on Reddit today.

Nyamakop – Semblance’s developer – will be hosting an AMA on the Nintendo Switch subreddit at 16:00 local time.

AMAs, short for “Ask Me Anything”, are a mainstay of Reddit and have featured numerous celebrities and people with interesting experiences and stories to share.

While these are usually contained within the appropriate subreddit, /r/NintendoSwitch has been featuring developers of all sizes as they release games onto the console.

While Nyamakop does have up to five people on the team with outside talent, the two main members are Ben Myres and Cukia “Sugar” Kimani You can direct your questions to them when the AMA goes live.

If you’d like to take part make sure you visit Reddit later this afternoon. AMAs are usually stickied to the top of the page, so it should not be too difficult to find.

Alternatively, search around for Nyamakop or Semblance on the page and you should find it. When we spoke to Myres yesterday he told us that the AMA should be taking the form of answers being provided as soon as possible, so get there as early as you can.
