Some Galaxy Note 9 features revealed in leaked video

Are you getting tired of the all the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 leaks? We certainly are.

This latest one comes via a short video uploaded to AndroidAre‘s YouTube channel and spotted by Sammobile. We’ve also pasted it below, but it could be pulled down by the time you read this.

So let’s go through some of the features that Samsung has added to its upcoming flagship phone.

As reported in the past few months, the Note 9 will feature a new S Pen, but what it is able to do remains unclear. The stylus does have a button on it, so we’re guessing that must trigger some sort of new function. Perhaps the Bluetooth functionality that’s been rumoured for the accessory?

Next is the claim of “all-day battery” from Samsung. The precise mAh measure is not mentioned in the video, but this should serve as evidence that the Note 9 will be getting a bigger battery compared to its predecessor.

The last thing detailed in this video pertains to expandable storage. The Note 9 lineup will boast a model with 512GB onboard storage, but if you cannot afford that particular version, the smartphone’s microSD slot will cater for a further 1 TB of memory. For those without a dedicated cloud storage plan in place, it could prove a very handy feature.

That’s all the video showcases, but there are no doubt a bunch of other features that Samsung have crammed into the Galaxy Note 9.

If these series of leaks continue, we may not have to tune in to the Galaxy Unpacked live stream on 9th August.

The only detail we’re really missing at this stage is how much it will cost and when will it land in SA.
