Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2) is going to be a big game. Not just in terms of the expectations surrounding its 26th October release, but also the actual file size.

More specifically the PS4 version of the game is set to be around 105GB, according to a finding by Rockstar Intel.

The information on file size comes after the PS4 Pro bundle of the game was revealed by PlayStation, along with a bunch of other details.

While the 105GB is quite large indeed, and to be expected given the scale that developer Rockstar Games has been touting for RDR2, the size may be down to the fact that the PS4 Pro version is optimised for 4K TVs.

As such the regular PS4 variant may be a bit less than the 105GB.

In terms of the other details, those who purchase the bundle will have 30 days of “exclusive” access to online content before it reaches the rest of the RDR2 community. Added to this will be the ability for Red Dead Online to support between 2 to 32 players.

If you’ve got a standard PS4 and have been holding off on getting the Pro, this new Red Dead Redemption 2 bundle may prove a worthwhile reason to upgrade.
