The Peugeot e-Legend Concept looks like a futuristic muscle car

The Paris Motor Show kicks off this week and naturally cars from French manufacturers will be taking up much of the focus. One of the first vehicles to catch the eye is the Peugeot e-Legend Concept, with it looking like a futuristic muscle car.

This concept vehicle was teased by Peugeot a couple of weeks ago, but now the car can be viewed in-person over the next few days in the French capital.

Should you not find yourself walking down the Champs Élysées this week, we highly recommend giving the video below a watch.

Though a concept, Peugeot has detailed some of the particulars that this vehicle can muster. Despite its clear muscle car stylings, the e-Legend is a fully fledged electric vehicle (EV).

To that end the electric engine onboard can produce 370kW of power. Couple with 800Nm of torque and the Peugeot e-Legend is said to do 0-100km/h in less than four seconds. Add to that an estimated driving range of 600 kilometres from its 100kWh capacity battery and this muscle car seems more like a Grand Tourer.

Sadly there’s no word on whether it will ever hit the road, but given the way it looks and how it’s said to perform, it would be a travesty for the Peugeot e-Legend not to become a proper road car.
