Local streaming platform Showmax just got a little bit better thanks to a swathe of new additions from Adult Swim.
The Adult Swim collection contains nine shows including big names like Rick and Morty and Robot Chicken.
Unfortunately only the first season of every show is available at the moment.
The one exception to this is Samurai Jack, as only the revived fifth season is available with none of the previous seasons to be seen.
The full list of new shows to the platform are as follows:
- Aqua Teen Hunger Force
- Black Dynamite
- Black Jesus
- Eagleheart
- NTSF:SD:SUV:
- Rick and Morty
- Robot Chicken
- Samurai Jack
- The Jellies
As of right now all of these shows are available to watch. If you don’t feel like forking over any of your money, remember that there’s always the handy 14-day free trial to take advantage of.
As for recommendations here the previously-mentioned Samurai Jack gets the nod from us. While it did have a lot of problems, it’s a great conclusion to the show that many of us grew up watching, and the quality from the original seasons was definitely held up in the final outing.
Other than that Rick and Morty is a pre-requisite though we’re sure many have already watched its first season.
