The next Hearthstone expansion – Rastakhan’s Rumble – is due out next week and that means card reveal season is reaching an end.
As such, some of the more over-powered and crazy ideas from the set are starting to see the light of day.
One of those cards was revealed yesterday.
The card in question is a new Hero card for Hunter – Zul’jin. This ten-mana Hero card has an effect similar to Yogg Saron (may he rest in peace) in that when played it will cast all spells played this game with targets chosen randomly. Zul’jin’s Hero Power reads “Deal 2 damage”.
Usually, card reveals are a very boring affair. We understand that all people want is to see the card but most of the reveal videos focus on that alone with very little fanfare. There are exceptions to that rule and Chinese YouTuber, Amazing LP warrants mentioning.
The reveal video showcases a Hearthstone match in real-life and even pokes a bit of fun at recent nerfs . The 3D animation isn’t the best around but considering the time frame Amazing LP was likely given to create this video, the efforts are admirable.
